Dubai Harbour, located between the popular neighborhoods of Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Beach Residence, is a bustling new beachside destination meant to be a centre of coastal and nautical activities. Aside from high-end housing complexes and commercial buildings, the area’s most distinguishing characteristics are its waterfront attractions, which include two cruise terminals, the largest marina in the MENA region, and the Dubai Lighthouse, a rising new architectural monument.
Dubai Harbour will feature a robust transportation network that connects it to the rest of Dubai, as well as convenient access to the neighboring Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island.

This is a destination for sun, sea, and sand enthusiasts. Its primary goal will be to improve Dubai’s image for maritime tourism, and it will provide a resort lifestyle with a heavy emphasis on water-based entertainment and pleasure. Residents will have easy access to the beach and boardwalk promenades, where they can shop and dine while enjoying in views of cruise ships and yachts on the open sea.
Dubai Harbour will be a unique waterfront location in the city. The availability of two cruise terminals, each of which can carry 6,000 passengers at a time, is its main lure, with a projected annual load of 1.2 million passengers. The property will also house the MENA region’s largest marina, capable of mooring boats up to 85 meters long.
A beautiful 135-metre tall observation tower with a highly futuristic style is the city’s newest architectural attraction. The Dubai Lighthouse will provide 360-degree views of the city and the water, as well as serve as a large projection screen for performances and events.
Emaar Beachfront, a residential and leisure destination being developed by Emaar Properties, would cover nearly half of the area of Dubai Harbour. There will be luxury residences, a five-star hotel, and other attractions.
