Palm Jumeirah
Palm Jumeirah is Dubai’s most fascinating offshore destination because to its unusual palm tree-inspired form, which consists of a trunk with 17 fronds all capped by a circular crescent. It is one of the three Palm Islands, together with Palm Jebel Ali and Palm Deira, located off the shore of Jumeirah Beach.
Palm Jumeirah offers an unequaled quality of beachfront living in Dubai, with a clean golden beach line and an exclusive selection of ultra-luxurious residential accommodations ranging from luxury villas, flats, and townhouses. Its exquisite apartments, along with first-rate lifestyle amenities, are the epitome of what opulent living actually is.
THE WAY OF LIFE
Palm Jumeirah, Dubai’s greatest seaside estate, offers unparalleled solitude, luxury, and leisure to its inhabitants. Some of the greatest ways to appreciate its calm, relaxing environment and leisurely beach lifestyle are to watch the lovely sunset by the beach and stroll along its Crescent pathway. Residents have a wide range of gastronomic options, with lovely restaurants and attractive cafés nestled amid beautifully manicured parks.
The Palm is one of Dubai’s most sought-after leisure and entertainment destinations, spanning 46 hectares, 17 of which are dedicated to the world-famous Atlantis water park alone. It has a five-star luxury hotel with breathtaking views of the turquoise Arabian Gulf and a wealth of exciting marine experiences suitable for the entire family.
The Boardwalk is a new 11-kilometer promenade that spans the outer crescent of the lagoon The Palm. It will be a pedestrian-only zone with a variety of food trucks, kiosks, and cafes.
The Palm Jumeirah Monorail is the Middle East’s first monorail. It links Palm Jumeirah to the mainland and is 5.4 kilometers long. An expansion of Dubai Metro’s Red Line is planned to give residents and visitors with even more convenient access to and from the island.
The Palm Jumeirah places its inhabitants near a number of premium five-star hotels, including One & Only The Palm, Sofitel, Anantara, Waldorf Astoria, and the recently opened W Hotel, for eating, spa, and other facilities.
