Business Bay is a planned major business zone in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project includes a number of towers built in a section of Dubai Creek that has been dredged and enlarged. Business Bay will feature up to 240 structures, which will include commercial and residential complexes. Business Bay’s infrastructure was finished in 2008, and the full development was planned to be completed between 2012 and 2015. Business Bay is part of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum’s vision as Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Ruler of Dubai. Business Bay will be a new ‘city’ within Dubai, planned as a commercial, residential, and business cluster along a new extension of Dubai Creek stretching from Ras Al Khor to Sheikh Zayed Road.
